If you have lost your 2FA device or deleted your Authentication app, you can log in with your backup code. This code was suggested to be written down or printed during the 2FA activation process.
Once you logged in, you can disable 2FA on your account and enable it again with a new app or device.

We can disable 2FA to help you out of this situation. However, this operation is considered a high risk, as we are deleting protection from your account. Therefore, we need to make sure that the requester is the legitimate owner of the account. It is a multi-stage process which requires your co-operation.
Note: we will disable 2FA on your account within a few days and inform you thereof. It is strongly recommended that you enable 2FA protection again after you are able to log in to your account.
