Account has been disabled, unable to trade, deposit, or withdraw.

After logging in, you have found your account to be disabled, and you have been automatically redirected to this page please:

  1. Contact us by starting a conversation using the chatbox on the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Let us know that "My account has been disabled.”

  3. Please provide us with the email address for your account.

We will do our best to have this resolved as soon as possible. Please note that the main reason for disabling the account is the user’s citizenship of the unsupported country.

We don’t support some countries due to international and local financial/cryptocurrency regulations. You can find a complete list of restricted countries here -

If you are not a citizen of an unsupported country, you will be required to submit an identification document and a selfie with it to unfreeze your account.
