If you did not receive your confirmation email, please look for the missing e-mail in the “Spam” folder of your mailbox. In Gmail you might find it when checking the “All mail” and “Promotions” folders. Please make sure that our addresses ( are not blacklisted in your email settings.

If you can't find the e-mail in the above mentioned folders, please make sure you’re viewing the mailbox of the e-mail address associated with your account.

If you still can’t find the e-mail, follow these 5 easy steps that will prevent your emails from going to your spam folder:


Log in to Gmail, click on the Gear button, and choose “See all settings”:


Select the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” category:


Select “ Create a new filter “ :


Add our email addresses ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) to the “From” field and click the “Create filter”:


Check the “Never send it to Spam” box and click the “create filter” button:
