There are two possible reasons for this:

Password reset

If someone gained access to your email account, they would be able to reset your account password and gain access to your crypto.

For security reasons, once password recovery is initiated and successfully confirmed, withdrawals on the account are kept on hold for the next 72 hours.

If you have not requested password recovery, please contact us by tapping the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Whitelist

If you are using the whitelist for your withdrawal addresses, you may potentially face this problem for two reasons:

  1. A new address was added to your whitelist. When this happens, your withdrawals remain disabled for 48 hours.

  2. Your whitelist was disabled. To keep your funds safe, your withdrawals are will be suspended for 48 hours.
