What to do when you get the "an error occurred" notification

If you see the message "An error occurred" when trying to deposit/transfer/withdraw funds, it's most likely the web browser you're using is not compatible with our system.

To resolve this please open your account in Google Chrome and try once again.

Already on Chrome? Try to clear your browser cache, which usually helps.

Turning off an active VPN could also resolve the problem.

When all the above doesn't work for you, reach out to us via the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.
